The B&B “I Granai” is situated a few steps from the city center within the newly constructed homonymous residential and commercial complex.
It is located in a strategic position making it suitable for any type of stay. The Polyclinic University can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, the city tram stop and the regional buses from Catania Airport stop in front of the structure.
It is a few kilometers from the Messina Gazzi motorway junction, from the stadium, from the ferry ships loading and unloading and from the railway station.
It is also only 30 minutes away from Milazzo where the embarkation for Aeolian Islands is. There are nearby supermarkets, shops, coffee shops, business activities and the adjacent industrial area of the city.
The B&B “I Granai” is totally new and is constructed without any architectural barrier.
All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hot/cold airconditioning unit, wi-fi connection, minibar, safe, LED TV, hair dryer, private balcony/veranda with chairs and table and other amenities to make your stay comfortable and welcoming.
There is also a kitchen, complete with all the necessary wares that guests can use.
The B&B “I Granai” takes particular care and attention to hygiene, daily change of bed linens and towels are provided by professional laundry service using non allergenic disinfectants.
Breakfast is provided either at the B&B or at the nearby coffee shop/patisserie where you can enjoy the real taste of Sicily such as granite and brioches, cannoli, cassatine, almond cookies choosing from countless quality artisan products.
Prior request for celiacs products or any food allergies and intolerances can be made. Private parking is available.
It is also possible to have a one-day excursion to the main and most interesting tourists and cultural Sicilian attractions such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Milazzo and Aeolian Islands, Gole dell’Alcantara, Ortigia in Syracuse, and Etna National Park, organized by a tourist association in agreement with the B&B “I Granai”.
The main restaurants, pizzerias and rotisserie in the area have an agreement with the B&B and also provide home delivery service.
